How Did You Become a Saints Fan ?
Within the past month or so my sisters and I were tracing our family background or heritage. We knew that our paternal grandfather came from England, but we weren't sure where he was from. I was finally able to determine that my grandfather was from the area of Southampton. I therefore surmised that the odds were that he to rooted for the Saints. With my interest growing and growing each year I thought it be a nice tribute to my grandfather and a way for me to bond with a team in the Premiership League.

I've been a saints fan since the age of 6.My dad used to take me down the archers end. Now I sit at the Milton Road end, who queues for his tickets with many other saints diehards at 4.00a m in the morning so we can guarantee our seats!!!

Been a saints fan since my dad forced me to watch the cup final in 76. We got season tickets in 78 and i didn't miss a game for 10 yrs until i moved to London. Now i live in Chicago, but i am as avid a follower as ever. CANNOT WAIT for the new ground but can't believe i'll never see the Dell again. COME ON YOU REDS !!!!

They are my nearest premier team. I didn't fancy nationwide clubs and so from as early as I can remember I have followed the saints. Good choice really when you consider my other option was Yeovil Town.

Winning the FA Cup, beating M** U** 6-3 and watching our boys come back from 0-3 down early this season against L*******l with my 8 year old son who made his one and only visit to the Dell. He was also given the opportunity to go on to the pitch after the game and score a few goals. Special thanks to the Dell staff(the're cool!!!).

Taken to the dell by my brother in 1972. Followed them through thick and thin. Seen a lot of changes but been completely faithful. I hate young boys in Southampton following the bigger clubs. Saints Community program is brilliant and needs to continue its good work to stop this happening. Saints also need to climb the table to make themselves a more respectable team to support (which they will!!!!).

Meeting Matt LeTissier, when I visited Southampton on 22 may 2001. I watched the Jason Dodd Testimonial it was my first and last visit to The Dell. A great experience.
How Did You Become a Saints Fan ?
In Holland I support SBV Eindhoven, a club with heart. Just like Saints. They have great supporters ( I have met a few on my visit to Southampton ) and the atmosphere is very nice.
They don't have big star players in they're team but the team has the right spirit, which can bring us to an higher level.
