Ormerod Loan Deal Cut Short

The Saints striker has been recalled early from his season long loan deal at the JJB Stadium because Peter Crouch picked up a slight knock prior to the away defeat against Portsmouth on Sunday.

Saints had imposed a 24-hour call back clause in the loan deal with Wigan.

Ormerod made six appearances for Paul Jewels side in his five weeks at the JJB, scoring twice.
