The fixture, which was originally scheduled for March 26, was postponed due to international call-ups for Plymouth trio Onismor Bhasera (Zimbabwe), Rory Fallon (New Zealand) and Joe Mason (Republic of Ireland under-21's).
The match will kick off at 3pm due to it being a Bank Holiday.
