Fonte has played every minute so far in January for Southampton as he helped the Saints to eye-catching wins over Arsenal at home and more impressively away against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Southampton kept clean sheets in both of those games and then followed that up with another goal as Southampton beat Newcastle 2-1.
Southampton are currently third in the Premier League and have won three out of three so far in January.
