Jacinta set to be Herculean

Hercules play in the second division B, and it will be a welcome move for Jacinta. He was becoming quite the forgotten striker at the club and was getting to be quite homesick. He had problems with a groin injury in the second half of last season and lost his place to on loan Eric Hassli. He's still an excellent prospect and hopefully his year away will recharge his batteries and give him first team football so he can return to lay a claim for a first team spot.

Jacinta said: "I still have two years on my contract and I still want to play for Southampton. I am going on loan for experience and then I will come back and show what I can do.

"I did not want to spend another year not playing because I did not play enough last season. I was upset being so far from home and if you are not playing then it is even more difficult.

"I just want to be playing. it does not matter what country or where, I need games. The injury did not help but I am fit now and this will be a good chance for me to get matches."
