Dodd sustained a knee injury following the tackle and will be sidelined until at least the beginning of next season, but Camara has escaped any misconduct charge from the FA.
"It has been dealt with so it is nothing to do with me now," said Dodd. "I just have to live with the consequences.
"I'm out for the season and having to wear a brace on my knee, but there is nothing I can do about it.
"I'm a bit fed up because it was a shocker of a tackle, but now I just have to look to next season and concentrate on getting fit for July."
