Media reports are claiming that the mega-rich Londoners have bid around £7million for the Saints England international left-back.
Lowe told the club's official website: "No deal has been done at the moment. If and when it is then we will keep people posted.
"We don't want to lose him, but ultimately it will not be our decision. Anything that is done will, as always, be in the best interests of the club."
