Southampton boss Nigel Adkins is wary of the impact of a new manager at Notts County this weekend. Former England midfielder Paul Ince takes charge of his first game against Saints at Meadow Lane. "Paul's got himself back into management so it's going to be a good game at the weekend and we're looking forward to it," Adkins told Saints' official website. "It can work in all sorts of different ways, we just have to focus on ourselves and expect the unexpected. "The players, one would imagine, will have a bit more of a spring in their step in respect of trying to impress a new manager but we have to focus on ourselves and what we have to do."
